The booking process enables you to choose an available slot at a date and time that best suits you to speak with our expert advisers over the phone or via Microsoft Teams. The booking system operates a 10 day rolling period so if you can't see an appointment today, check back again tomorrow!

Attending your appointment
When attending your online appointment via Teams:
- Please be on time. We want you to get the full benefit from your meeting!
- Please have any relevant documents ready and downloaded. For instance, if you want to discuss your accommodation, have a copy of the tenancy agreement digitally to hand. Or if you want to discuss an application to the Hardship Fund, please complete as much of the application form as possible before coming to the online appointment.
