Institutional Subscription FAQs

How do I know whether my university/company has an institutional subscription?
We would advise checking with your library as the first point of contact. This is often promoted on internal channels within a university, or on a library website.

I think my university has an institutional subscription, but I can't seem to access the content?
If your account is not showing as having institutional access, please contact our Customer Service team (membership@timeshighereducation.com). We will be happy to help with your query.

My university doesn't have an institutional subscription but would be interested in getting one. How do we do this?
