Disclosure of Transfers of Value (ToV) to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs)

The shared ambition of IPHA member companies is to make available innovative treatments for patients under the direction of HCPs.

Our companies value their relationship with doctors, nurses, dentists and pharmacists (collectively "HCPs"). Their experience and expertise are key to informing the industry's work on new treatments. The interactions between our industry and HCPs must meet high standards of integrity. Since July 2016, details of companies' engagements with, and support of, HCPs through direct or indirect financial support or 'Transfers of Value' have been publicly disclosed in accordance with our Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry. The publishing of transfer of value data is directed towards a number of important purposes, including demonstrating transparency in relation to the pharmaceutical industry's relationships with HCPs, increasing public and patient confidence in the integrity and independence of HCPs, and promoting a culture of integrity of transactions between pharmaceutical companies and HCPs. The publication of this data does not constitute permission for anyone accessing this website to carry out any further processing of HCPs' data, including combining the data on this website with any further information. Furthermore, by using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
