Did my IPAF course with horizon platforms then hired a picker through them the following week. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I had to use the out of hours number at 2am for some advice about the machine and they got the engineer to call me back within 10 mins even at that time and the problem was resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking about training or hiring. Special thanks to Ema, Megan, Amy & Rob who dealt with me throughout. Will be using again in future.

I always get a quick response. I have been reluctant to use Horizon in recent years due to hidden charges and a couple of failed/late deliveries. I have been delaing with Amy Harrison over the last few months and it has been agreed the 10% damage waiver is removed as we have our own insurance and I 've not had any delivery problems.

You can always rely on Horizon platforms, we have used Horizon for a while simply because they have a can-do, will-do attitude and they always perform with first-class customer service. We often need lifters with little notice and for the team at Horizon, they always go above and beyond. Charlette Wathall has been a true STAR sorting two lifters at short notice for delivery in the middle of Oxfordshire in order for us to complete an urgent job. Great work team! Thank you.

I dealt with Gav and the communication is always great. Quote was sent over with a quick turnaround, order was processed quickly and order confirmation was sent. The parts were delivered within the window and over was a great service with no issues.

My positive experience with this provider is 100% down to Ema. Horizon repeatedly goes out of the way to deliver exceptional customer services, and always goes above and beyond my expectations. Horizon platforms are now my go-to provider for our lifter requirements, I am impressed by Horizon's ability to work at short, often last minute notice, the machines Horizon have supplied have all been in great working and thus far I’ve had no issues on site. The booking process with Ema is always easy, and if there is any issues she quickly resolves them.
Our account manager Ema is an asset to this company, and a pleasure to work with, always friendly and helpful.

We’ve used Horizon Platforms for the last 10 years and have always had excellent service. Anyone using any access hire knows that things can go wrong but Horizon always seem to find solutions and help in any way they can. Just recently we had an issue, not of Horizons making, and Becky sorted it within a few hours. Highly recommended.

Very good course, Ian explained stuff very well and made sure everyone understood before moving on to the next part. He made the course fun by using examples and pictures to break things up from just watching a presentation.
