Frequently asked questions
Press and hold the bottom button on linea to create an alert notification. An Alert notification containing the date, time, location, and a link to the map with GPS co-ordinates will be sent to your trusted contacts through a text message.
An image of a sunflower will appear on linea’s display/screen as an indication that an alert notification has been sent out. No sound will be emitted from the device when the panic button is pressed, only the on-screen sunflower image will confirm the active panic state.
Live monitoring of a linea wearer lasts for 30 minutes only. However, details of your last location can still be seen even after the 30 minutes has passed.
