This is an 9 bedroom Seashore Home located on the oceanside of Central Avenue at 12th STREET featuring sleeping accommodations which are predominantly single beds and bunk-beds, However there are FIVE large beds: two Queen beds, and three Double beds. Accommodates sleeping for up to 34 guests. All guests must supply their own linens, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, and personal toiletries.

Due to the age of the property, we STRONGLY encourage an on-site inspection in order to answer questions or for full assurances regarding the condition and features of this rental property.

There are four floors in the the Big House; the Ground Floor and an Upper Cottage portion (three floors)

The GROUND level ( floor one ) features 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths without any steps to navigate. Hosts a Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area with a 52' flat screen.

The UPPER three floors feature 6 large bedrooms and 6 private baths, a Large Great Room with a 52' flat screen, Plus a Breakfast Room for morning coffee , etc.

Outstanding

We hosted our first Women's retreat here, RCA Alumni Association. 26 women, we had such a wonderful stay , the house is beautiful filled with character and charm. Erica is amazing to work with, I had bo expectations but if I had she definitely would have far exceeded them! Thank you so much.
