NextGen: Workforce for the Future Takeover

NextGen is back, and it has got bigger and better!
Our first NextGen of 2022 is taking place in the Winter Gardens, and will feature motivational speaker, Adrian Webster. Adrian is back by popular demand, with his warm, witty, engaging and energetic session, focussing on attracting talented staff, motivating and retaining your workforce, as well as standing out from the competition.
As well as this, we are also adding workshops to NextGen, which will give you tangible ways to stand out, attract, motivate and retain your workforce.
This session is aimed at Small and Medium sized businesses who are located in North Somerset, Bristol, BANES & South Gloucestershire. Funded through the Workforce for the future project, in signing up for this event you will also receive a free skills analysis and have access to a suite of funded skills support.

This training sessions is part of Workforce for the Future, which Weston College is delivering on behalf of the West of England Combined Authority in collaboration with other regional partners.
