Enhancing Research Culture for Minoritised Academics (ERC4M)

Are you a minoritised researcher?

People can be minoritised based on gender, race/ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, and religion. Research suggests that minoritised researchers have varying experiences of inclusion and exclusion in academic spaces, which can impact their mental health and wellbeing, as well as their level of engagement in research activities.

Read our ERC4M Phase One Research Brief to find out what we’ve learned thus far.

We want to learn about your experiences. You can help us to:

  1. Better understand the factors that influence minoritised researchers' productivity and mental health.
  2. Inform future policy decisions, strategic priorities, and advocacy.

We invite you to take part in our brief 20-minute survey.

  • All of the data collected for this study will be completely anonymous and confidential.
  • We will not ask for your name or any other identifying information.

We hope to reach as many minoritised academics as possible across the UK. If you would like to help us get the word out about the survey, we ask that you kindly share this flyer (PDF , 291kb) with your network to help us recruit participants.
