We are delighted that you are applying to the American University of Beirut, and looking forward to welcoming you to our campus in the near future.
• First time user:
o If you do not already have an Application/Application ID: Click on the following link: First Time Applying to AUB to create an Application, an Application ID and a PIN. Please make sure you memorize/save the created ID and PIN for future reference. Please make sure that you use a 6 digit PIN in order to successfully log in.
o If you do already have an application submitted via Common App, SAGA, or OGA and would like to login to confirm your major: Please enter your ID (Your AUB Application ID) and use your Date of Birth in the format MMDDYY to login (Example: if your date of birth is 04-Feb-2003 your PIN would be: 020403)
• Returning user:
o If you have your AUB Application ID: Enter your ID (Your AUB Application ID) and PIN (The PIN you created when you first created your Application) and click on login.
o If you forgot your PIN: Click on “Forgot PIN” to reset it or contact the Admissions office at admit@aub.edu.lb for assistance.
o If you forgot your AUB Application ID: Contact the Admissions office at admit@aub.edu.lb for assistance.
